I know I’m being pedantic, but it Nobuo (No-boo-oh) Uematsu (Ooo-ay-mat-sue).
FFIV has the best soundtrack, especially when you consider that the Theme of Love is taught in Japanese schools.
And VIII’s better than VII, by the way.
One more thing. VI was innovative, VIII was derivative.
